I am looking to buy my system, these are the parts

AMD FX6300 Black Edition 6 Core
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
Asrock 970 PRO3 R2.0
EVGA NVIDIA GTX 750Ti FTW
And I was wondering if this PSU would support all of the componets and maybe some Overclocking on the GPU and CPU. PSU

And also would the 212 EVO fit in the Corsair Spec-01 Case?

I'd avoid CX series, I'd go RM, if You have more cash, HX, or AX. Or some other brand. I personally have a lot of great experience with RM series, but "experts" from here will tell You otherwise, so I'd wait for some other PSU suggestions.

And what about cooler, You either get different case, which as up to 160mm space for CPU cooler, or get a different cooler.

You should be able to find a XFX over their around the same price 450 Watts would do fine or 550 if you need more ability to upgrade.
All the decent Corsair models are overpriced.
And yes the hyper 212 will fit inside that case it has 165mm clearance, although I would look at the spec-03 it comes with 2 fans.

There was a second question ! 212 EVO shouldnt fit in Corsair Spec-01 . But it s not the big problem but the lack of rear fan(i.e. not included) . So go for Corsair 200R .

Official website says 150mm, but they tested Gelid Tranquillo in the case, which is 153 mm, so I'm clueless here. When You can't rely on official specification, God knows what should one rely on.
