World of Warcraft: Warlords of Draenor - Can this PC run it?

My sister does absolutely no gaming on her PC other than playing WoW. She has not played since mid-MoP and hasn't played the new expansion at all yet. I was just wondering, what with all of the new graphics updates and updated system requirements, if her PC would still be able to run the game at decent framerates. (She played MoP at around 80 fps on low settings)

CPU: AMD Athlon II X4 645 (3.1GHz)
RAM: 4 GB DDR3 (Not sure what speed)
GPU: PNY Nvidia Geforce GT 610 1 GB DDR3
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

Not that different. As usual they increased the polygon count in the environments a little to adapt to newer hardware. But you are talking about a 10 year old game engine.

I think the worst area was deepholm for a while. If you could run MoP, WoD should run okay.
