Should I be too worried about Airflow and Static Pressure when it Comes to Cooling?
I know how it work but I'm always worried about cooling as most people are.
Sorry if it's a noob question.

To each his own. I have a friend who runs his computer with only one intake fan in the front no problems. I personally have a Mini-itx case with 5 fans and it runs super cool. I don't know much about static pressure but as long as you have a good intake at the front and a good outake at the back, it should be fine.

I have a single intake fan (AF140) and 3 exhaust fans (2x AF140, 1x CM 120mm), and my PC hardly ever gets hot, but it can get dusty.

Well I guess I shouldn't be too worried then.
I have a Graphite Series™ 760T so I 7 fan's. plus a CPU waterblock.

You probably shouldn't be worried about static pressure if you don't have a lot of HDDs. If you have at least two or three fans, you should be good in terms of airflow.

Well, it wasn't perfectly cool, his cpu still runs kind of hot but that's because he's using the stock cooler. I'd still recommend more than 1 fan though. But 7 fans sounds enough to me. As long as it's not too noisy for you.

If you put all of your drives either at the bottom of your HDD cage or all on the topmost slots, you shouldn't have too much problems, just make sure no drives are blocking fans.

To be perfectly honest it doesn't make that much noise. If I'm stress testing the system, it'll make more noise but that's normal.
