Hello,
After building my new M-ATX build I ran UNI-GEN Heaven Benchmark. A few minutes in the top card begins overheating (80-100C) and making a metal grinding noise.
Specs -
H100i + i7 4770K
Asus Gryphon Z97
GTX 780 SLI ACX COOLER
AIR 240
What could be causing this? If I had the same combo in a full-tower build with a Sound card + Networking card and didn't get these temps.
