I won't post my specs because I'm too lazy. However, I will say that I can run Max Payne 3 on everything ultra at 60+ FPS (wont tell the exact figure annoyingly). If I can Max Payne 3 at max, I am pretty sure that I can run GTA V as its basically Max Payne 3 graphics, just a bit better. The only thing that I will say about my specs is that I got a sapphire r9 280x 3gb toxic 1100mhz (overclocked an already overclocked gpu to 1200mhz for the lols) and 1600mhz gddr3 ram (8gb)

I definitely would not bet on you being able to run GTA V at maximized settings and maintain a constant 60+fps. I personally feel that it's going to be a ridiculously demanding and visually intensive game, with lots of different factors coming into play because of the open world design. That video card is a beast, and it will also be very dependent on your processor, so if you have you one clocked to like 4.1ghz or somewhere in that range, I'd bet on you being able to run the game at medium-high, to plain high, and maybe average around 45-50 fps, possibly 35-40fps. Who knows though? you might end up playing it just fine.

IF GTA V is optimized anything like IV, then fun times will not be had. I too have a 280x (ASUS), and have been wondering the same thing. Unfortunately (to my knowledge), they haven't released the minimum specs yet. We can only wait and see.
