This is my friends daughters computer, it is an HP laptop model 15-b142dx. The computer freezes up with a blue screen with lines on it at the login screen, after showing the following screens.
I do not have access to the computer right now, was wondering if this is a bios software problem that can be remedied fairly easily, or if it is something worse.
