First time build will this work?

This is my first build (intended for gaming) will these parts work? Any suggestions on cheaper alternatives that'll work the same would be great! I want to be able to play the latest games on ultra or high settings without a problem (Assassin's Creed 5, Guild Wars 2, Skyrim, etc.).

I'm also trying to keep it under $1000 and will be buying all the parts online Black Friday.

The mobo may or may not need a BIOS update before it'll support that CPU

FX-8350(FD8350FRW8KHK,4.0GHz,8C,125W,rev.C0,AM3+) ALL 1006

BUT if it doesnt you should be able to use USB BIOS Flashback to update the BIOS
