So to restate

I need to know if
1. Each of these parts is compatible and will run without issues

2. Will run crysis 3 in 3840 x 2160 resolution with at least 45 fps

3 Could run with a 800W PSU

Also if you could recommend any part changes and explain why that would be really nice and I would appreciate it. THANKS GUYS!

That will not max Crysis at 4K.

Ditch the i7 for an i5 - $100 saved

Ditch the 16gb RAM -$100 saved

Ditch the PH-TC14PE - $80 saved

Get a cheaper 750W PSU - $70 saved

Buy another GTX 970 and max everything at 4K

No even SLI 970s will not max everything at 4k. CERTAINLY not crysis 3. You will average 28fps at 4k with SLI970s at 4k at Very High settings.

One 970 can't even max Crysis 3 at 1080p.

2 970s are about equivalent to 2 290Xs at stock. 2 290X can pretty much max anything at 4K with over 30fps. I'm sure 2 overclocked 970s could max Crysis 3 at 4K without AA over 30fps

You can go with this instead for more FPS.. But to answer your questions..

1. Yes, they should be compatible, however you should check your ram clearance to see if the ram + cpu cooler are compatible..
2. Depends on your settings.. It won't run on MAX though.
3. 860w is more than enough, but a great amount of wattage for a dual 970 setup.
