Good deal on viable office computer

Hello, My parents have asked me to find them a office computer they can buy today or tomorrow.

These are the most common tasks they do on there computer

-Facebook
-Quickbooks
-Flash games
-Web browsing.

Pretty much all basic computer stuff except gaming. I am looking for a prebuilt system and some of the requirments i believe would be good

-Fast enough processor to handle multiple tabs/ flash games without lag.
-Decent amount of RAM.

I do not keep up with this stuff as much lately. so was wondering if anyone knew any good deals or finds on something that would fit this catagory,

(they would like compact if possible

Off-lease means it used to be a leased office PC, now returned and for sale.
IOW...used.

I'd get the first one.

They are looking to get The best they can for as low of price, as long as it meets the requirements. i know they are looking for something 250-350

But would pay more if they had to, they just need the desktop, they do not need a screen or peripherals. I would like to buy from tigerdirect / newegg something like that. whereever there may be a good deal on one.

At that price point, there is very little difference between the models you'd see at TigerDirect or Newegg.
Any of them will work for that purpose.

And this time of year, there are daily discounts. Look around and see.
