Get an evga supernova 750W gold instead.

Get rid of the r7 240s

Get 2 x 8gb 1866 cl9 1.5V instead

Better to go with an i7 4790k and a better mobo (may be ASUS HERO IIV).

a 2 way 970 SLI will be a beast. if ur buying a liquid cooler better take an overclocking cpu.
Put some extra money for an SSD (Samsung 840 EVO)
