It depends what is on the other end. When you run the engenius in WDS bridge mode they pretty much appear as a ethernet cable. The WAN port is normally attached to a ISP but if you know what you are doing it can be used for other purposes.
I suspect you will want to use a LAN port on the netgear but it all depends on what exactly you are trying to accomplish. The engenius device are really easy to setup, you pretty much set the options and align them and they work.
