BSOD usually means that there a hardware failure or incompatibility.
If you recently installed any hardware or software remove it.
If you made any changes in your BIOS reset it (to previous settings or default).

Otherwise bench it!

Well before I upgraded to the 770 (3 days ago) i had the 560 ti and still had the problem so the problems definantly not the gpu. I just RMA"d my ram sticks and got a fresh new pair, so its not those either.

Usually the BSOD screen will display some info regarding a general cause of the failure.
It wont say that your GPU is causing the failure but it will say it is a hardware failure in general or memory fault etc.

Have you tried the BIOS defaults yet?
It would be worth a try to back up the BIOS settings (if mobo allows) then load BIOS defaults.
Let it run for a while to see if the BSOD persists.
If it does, I would then suggest benching it.
