My sister's Laptop shuts off randomly only when she watch videos or play games

Hi, I am a new member. My sister told me that her laptop shuts off randomly while watching videos or playing games. Here's my sister's specs:

System Model: Acer aspire 4738G
CPU: Intel core i5-460M processor @ 2.53GHz
GPU: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470
Hard drive: WDC WD5000BEVT-22A0RT0
RAM: 4GB DDR3 Memory
Display: 14.0" HD LED LCD

-Surfing on Youtube is ok. But when she play her downloaded videos,and/or playing her games this laptop shuts down unexpectedly without blue screen.

If you do it regularly then you move and loosen the dust around the fan and when you turn the laptop on the fan expels all the loosened dust .
I agree that if you leave it too long or after a long period of time you will need to strip it down and give it a thorough clean but a lot of people do not feel confident to do that .
Also a quick blast with compressed air will generally tell you if the problem is a dust related thermal issue or not.
