After much help for the forums, I have all components best for my budget. Tricky thing since I live in Japan and the price are somewhat different than the U.S.

http://

if I may ask a bonus question, the set core i5 4690 plus mobo has 2 options for the same price: with GA H97 or Asus H97 pro. What do you think?

Here is my final build (minus GPU)

Solution

I was about to say "Indeed, good find!"
But looking more carefully I noticed there are two Lepa B650 versions: MA and SA
SA version:
http://www.lepatek.com/eng/product_content/1/1/15/#produkte
MB (maxbron) version:
http://www.lepatek.com/eng/product_content/1/1/45/
From the specifications only, the MB looks better than SA so maybe indeed, that's a good find. But still you should try to find a review.

The "SA" has some good reviews:
http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/article/lepa-b650-power-supply-review/1556
But I am not sure about B650-MB.

According to this [http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html] the Corsair CX is a tier 3 psu.
Are you sure you can't get a better one in the same price range?

Yeah I've visited the site (seen the address in the picture you've supplied) but I don't understand the prices (some items have two prices and a point system?) and how do I sort and filter by price and other criteria. I was trying to see what are your alternatives in the same price range but I have up.
Maybe you could post here some other models in your budget and available for you.
Check this resource too for ideas:

Well, the pair 4690 plus mobo is at 30,000¥, whereas the cheapest set with 4460 is at 28,000. I would save about 15$. had it been 50$ or so, I definitely would have downgraded, but not too sure for 15.

The mobo is the GA H97-D3H

Sorry, I should have said I live in Japan. I believe you should divide price by 80 or for US dollars.
How about this one: http://shop.tsukumo.co.jp/goods/4541995030758/202810000000000/
This review http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=Story6&reid=330 is for the 500W but I assume built quality would be similar.

If I understand correctly you would like to pay 6800-7500 Japanese yen. Let's say 7000.
If I divide by 80 as you said... that would be 87 USD.

But according to google... that would be about 60 USD... quite a difference:
https://www.google.com/search?q=7000+JPY+to+USD

I don't want to advertise my own thread but if the first one is correct (87 USD) then you have a budget similar with the one I'm willing to invest:
http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-2381399/psu-antec-truepower-classic-superflower-leadex-gold.html

But I see the Antec TruePower Classic 650W costs actually more than 11.000 yen...
http://store.shopping.yahoo.co.jp/gigamedia2/tp-650c.html

I've tried to guess how to filter by price in your store:
http://shop.tsukumo.co.jp/search?keyword=&num=10&page=2&min_price=6500&maker=&order=asc&view=&category=2028&referer=sibori&sibori_sort=maker_asc&stock=2&stock=1&stock=8&stock=0&stock=5&stock=3&stock=6&max_price=7500&sort=maker

I see the be quiet pure power there, but it's in the same Tier Three as corsair CX
That particular store has a pretty scarce selection in the 6500-7500 yen price range.

Coolermaster V sermi-modular would be better than Corsair CX but still its more than 11000 yen:
http://www.amazon.co.jp/CoolerMaster%E7%A4%BE%E8%A3%BD-80PLUS-650W%E9%9B%BB%E6%BA%90%E3%83%A6%E3%83%8B%E3%83%83%E3%83%88-RS650-AMAAG1-JP-Semi-Modular/dp/B00FH8UB2W

Later Edit:
sorry I was looking for 650W and comparing prices with your 600W Corsair...

Sorry, never been good at math....
What about the Cougar GS-x 600?

This one looks much better than Cougar or Corsair CX:
http://www.faith-go.co.jp/goods/1092108.html
But it's 9600 yen

This one (Seasonic G series) is even better but it's 10'000 yen:
http://www.faith-go.co.jp/goods/1160357.html
http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/Seasonic/G550/11.html

Sorry, I'm out of suggestions. In that price range I can't see many options:
http://shop.tsukumo.co.jp/search?cur_id=11&category=2028&stock=2&stock=1&stock=8&stock=0&stock=5&stock=3&stock=6&keyword=&min_price=6500&max_price=8000&sort=maker&order=asc&view=&num=50
Good luck!

Wow, great job on finding the details.

I found the japanese page for the MB, it stands for Max Bronn, whatever that means

http://www.ecomasterjapan.com/lepa/power-supply/MaxBron/650-1000W/spec.html

I would love to keep digging further but gotta sleep. Thanks for your help anyway.
