update AMD driver from 9.12.0.0 but alwasy fail on the driver side

Try to first uninstall the driver, you want to use driver uninstaller. After it is completely uninstalled and your computer has restarted try to install the newest driver. Upgrading drivers or simply installing over old ones can cause problems.
I had try doing that, even use DDU to remove all amd file in safe mode. But when I try to install the driver, it only install the audio, catalyst install manager and ccc, but the driver will always failed. I had try a few version of the driver, those that is newer then my existing driver.

You need to find the latest driver that supports your gpu. I think the latest drivers no longer support your gpu, that's why it will not install. On the amd website I think you can search for drivers specifically for your gpu.
