So, I'm currently using a AMD FX8350 with Asus R9 290 but somehow when I play games, the fps that I get is not as what I've expected especially in Advcanced Warfare. Whereas my friends fps in AW is very high and smooth, he's using the same GPU but with an I7 4770k. So from that I suspect something is wrong with my system and after searching the solution from the internet, apparently there's a lot of the user of the same spec have the same problem. And they said the solution is to change the processor (is it true? is there any solution that doesn't require changing part?) So the question is (sorry for the blablabla) will an intel core i5 4440 with B85 Pro Gamer bottleneck my GPU ? Because I wish to use 100% of my GPU capability. And one more thing, what is the differences between B85 Pro Gamer and H97 Pro Gamer, the price is not much of a different. Which one is better and why ? Thanks :)

For games CPU don't matter that much. Your 8350 is fine, replacing it with: core i5 4440 & B85 won't give you more then 10% benefits. Better keep 8350 and spend that money on 970 gtx if you want more fps.

Any i5 would actually beat FX CPUs in most, if not all, games. I would suggest you upgrade sometime in Black Friday or Cyber Monday to get good deals on boards.
The H97 Pro Gamer is based on Intel's new 9-series chipset, the only noticeable difference (and the one that most upgrade-savvy people will care about) is that you can upgrade to Broadwell.
