Upgrading RAM on Asus EB1036 -- possible?

Hi all,

I recently got an Asus micro-PC (EB1036), which shipped with 2GB of RAM, and it's struggling to handle Windows 8.1. I was wondering if anyone knew if I could upgrade the RAM, and what kind of slots were available.

I don't suppose you know how many RAM slots it has, and whether it ships with 2x 1GB or 1 x 2GB? I just want to be sure I'm buying the right thing and hate cracking the case unnecessarily.

Probably a little late to this party, but I just cracked the case on one of these. It has 2 SODIMM slots, but I am unable to tell if the top slot actually works. I have the 2 gig card that came with it, and an 8 gig Crucial stick (DDR3, 1600). I removed the 2 gig stick, and replaced it with the 8 gig; and viola! this thing is actually useful now. I was having a problem with limited video resolution, but the memory upgrade solved that.
