Hello... make sure the pCIe x1 slot is visible and your graphics card is not blocking it. Pretty simple and straight forward thing to do... Open your case and look... Sometimes Some cards will block access to the MB slots, due to the size and dimensions of the installed card. "Look before you Jump" B )

i do have amd hd 6670 2gb ddr3 gfx card well what do u say i can't install cuz of gfx card & my motherboard slot

Intel G41 Express Chipset has no PCI Express 2.0 slots only PCI Express 1.1. The Base Clock Speed: PCIe 2.0 = 5.0GHz, PCIe 1.1 = 2.5GHz.

Data can't pass anything thru the PCI Express 1.1 slot at anything close to USB 3.0 speeds. Notice the card is "Fully compatible with PCI express 2.0" which your motherboard doesn't have.
