My Specs:

Windows 8.1 64-bit
AMD FX-9370
Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3
ATI AMD R9 270x
8GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 803MHz
EVGA 750watt psu

I now have fps drops while playing multiplayer.. All drivers are updated, cores are unparked, running custom water cooling loop so temperatures should not be a problem. I am running stock clock speeds on cpu and gpu.

I used to be able to play with no fps drops on high with 90 fps, now I cant even get 60 on low. (on multiplayer)

I am confused as to why im not getting at least 60 fps. Any ideas or solutions?

I do have good airflow over the motherboard. I have 2 fans fulling air in from the front, 1 pulling in from the bottom, 1 pushing air out to the back of the case, and 6 pushing air out through the radiator on the top. (case is on desk)
