Am I being bottlenecked?

Hi guys, Im not so good with PC's so I thought I would come here and ask this since I know its a nice community, do you guys know if my cpu is bottlenecking my gpu - here are the gpu and cpu I am useing:

Gigabyte r9 270 windforce oc - gpu
and
AMD Athlon 750k quad core processor over clocked from 3.4 to 4.0 gigahertz

Anything you guys could tell me would be great, and if I am being bottlenecked, what should I upgrade too.

First of all, it varies a lot between games on whether a CPU is likely to be a bottleneck.

However, based on the budget for CPU and Graphics card only that's probably the optimal choice. It you spent any more on the CPU then you couldn't afford a half decent graphics card.
