it's in the sound scheme. select sound from the control panel and then the tab for sound. it allows you to change any and all stock windows sounds. this can be fun to mess with someone if you can sneek in and change some.


once made each key on the keyboard a different soundbite. drove my friend mad until he begged me to get the "virus" off his computer
