Hi there task manager won't open when I try to open it there is no error messages also when I try to open it there is this little blue circle which comes up next to my mouse for a few seconds but then dissapears which means it is trying to open it/do something but it can't and I have tried to open the task manager shortcut but that doesn't work and I have tried to open it using the ctrl+alt+delete menu but that doesn't work either and when I right click on my taskbar task manager is there and isn't greyed out and still doesn't work when I try to open it from there I do not know what caused this problem or how to fix this problem so please help me.
