Need advice on what mobo to get .

Hey i was going to update my mobo as my really old 760gm p21 is overheating(south bridge i think) when i attach my r9 290 gpu it reboots about every 5 mins so i was wondering if the Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 (I know its a budget mobo but its really all i can afford right now i just need it for some medium to heavy gaming every now and then) would be an ok card for my fx 6300 and msi gaming edition r9 290.

Ok ill have a look at the gigabyte 900 boards what for the recommendation.

Yeah for a gaming rig I can only recommend a 990FX board, unless one has an APU. It has the circuitry to handle high current needs of CPUs and Gpus, plus expandibility if you ever decided to add another GPU.
