Is it possible to create a pseudo pagefile/virtual memory?

Hi,

I've disabled my pagefile and almost everything is running perfectly. However, sometimes a program is autistic enough to refuse to run if there isn't virtual memory available.
I'd like to know if there's a workaround for this, if it's possible to create a fake/pseudo virtual memory.
Virtual-virtual-memory, if you like :p
(please just don't discuss the pagefile itself, I have my reasons to disable it)

Greetings and thanks for the help

Solution
Pagefile must be on an internally connected drive. It's foolish to disable the paging file as Windows absolutely requires at least a minimal amount of virtual memory be present. Plan on continuing problems until you reenable it.

Well if you're curious, but please don't advice me to re-enable it.
I have an SSD and 8GB of ram, and I don't have much room left so the pagefile would be very small anyway. These are the main reasons.

Thanks for your answer. I've thought about ramdisk too, but setting a pagefile on my external hdd doesn't work so I fear Ramdisk won't be accepted either. Or is this known as a non-removable drive by the system? I've just posted my reasons in my reply to @Someone Somewhere.

What size is the SSD?
How much free space?
Do you have an internal HDD?
Do you still have hibernation turned on? (takes up space = to the RAM)
What else is on the SSD sucking up space?

A 1GB pagefile will work far better than 'no pagefile'.
