I'm making a cheap "eh" gaming performance desktop for my cousin.
It's small form factor.
Will this computer be functional? If not, I would be more than happy to be corrected and if you think there are better/cheaper parts I would love to know.

He already has Windows 7 installation media/1000 watt PSU. He hopes to play some basic games like Team Fortress 2, Garry's Mod (Basically games of which are based off of the source engine)
Because what he has now, IS CRAP. I mean seriously garbage, he plays with me at 5 FPS and below.
