Is there anyway to migrate data from a SSD to a HDD

I just built a new PC and mistakenly installed all of my programs onto my SSD which was only suppose to hold the OS. Is there a way to migrate my data excluding the OS to the HDD and continue to run programs from there?

Simply reinstall all your programs to the HDD. The setup program for each program will give you a default install location (typically c:\programs\blah blah"). Just change that to your hdd letter and path you want, such as d:\microsoft office\blah blah" or d:\mygames\blah blah.
