As an alternative, have you looked at a refinishing kit? I honestly don't believe that any piece of software is going to help a laser read a damaged disc. I've used a kit in the past and it does help the readability of a CD/DVD if it isn't deeply gouged. You can check out kits, for example, at Best Buy. I would buy one with a spinner, or at the very least a soft circular pad.
Because it has many scratches and lines on it and because of the scratches it take so time to install windows.
When dvd was new installation was fast but now due to scratches installation became slow
so, that's the reason.
