So based on some recommendations from friends and from Reddit, I've put together this build plan.

I would ask if you absolutely need a backlit mechanical keyboard, because as it is, you're dropping almost 10% of your budget on the keyboard. Yes, a good keyboard is important, but I'm not sold it's $110 (USD or AUD) important. I'd double check ASRock's compatibility lists to make sure that B85 board supports the Haswell Refresh CPUs out of the box our can be easily (USB) flashed with an update.

I think you can change the location with a dropdown menu on the top-right, but I'm asking more about composition than pricing anyway.
