Questions About the H97 / Z97

Hi Guys

i want to Buy H97 / Z97 .....but i M not really Interest in having a Motherboard with Two Slots For the Graphic Cards ...I want Something that Accept the I5 4670K to be overclocked So when i search for My Needs i Found a Different Kinds of Asus & Gigabyte :
Asus H97I - Plus
Asus H97M -Plus
Asus H97-Plus
Asus H97M-E/CSM
Giga Byte GA-Z97M-D3H

My Questions :
1-what Are the different between Those except For the Number of Memory Slots ,
1- how do i know that these Mother Boards enable overclocking For Cpu & DDR
3- Asus or Giga Byte
