seagate 4TB drive moved from sata to USB enclosure have RAW & Unpartitioned space? how do i get my data back

I have no back up of this data. I removed the drive from a sata connection on win 7, placed in a usb enclosure, plugged into same machine and had to initialize the drive and assign a drive letter, but cant access the drive without formatting.

I have not formatted, how can l get to my data?

Hey ezryel. It's good that you still haven't done anything, because this increases your chances of getting your data back. First, go ahead and try to access the drive with Linux LiveCD and backup your data if it works. If not, you could try some of the solutions from this thread here: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-1644496/lost-data-recovery.html
And one last option, which is the most reliable one (and most expensive) is a data recovery company.
