i just got my first pc parts... its my first time building a pc.. it was all find until i tried to boot the pc to see if everything was okay and all the fans in the pc were spinning and the one on the graphics card were also spinning but im not getting a display on the tv... i don't really know what to do
next ive tried using the cable that came with the gpu..

still nothing .. im not really sure what to do next
