Assassin's Creed Unity doesn't work well on AMD GPUS?

So my spec's are

AMD Radeon HD 8990 (Rebranded 7990)
Intel core i7 4820 - 3.70 GHz
16 GB RAM
1920 X 1080 Res

yet AC unity is running with 20-30 FPS on my pc. considering that my GPU is 3rd best GPU in the world right now. this is a complete joke right?

AC Unity is very bad console port, look up for patch from game developers and new GPU driver from AMD. Your GPU is brutal overkill for 1080p unless there's secondary use for it as mini radiator for cold winter nights :)
