At random, the 'show hidden icons' system tray button, the 'show desktop' taskbar button, and the Google Chrome taskbar icon (that and docs are all I have on it) keep flashing/flickering - as in selecting and deselecting really fast, and it also does it with random desktop icons. While it is doing this I can't click any of these buttons/icons or the start menu which will keep opening and closing really fast. If I press the windows key it will open the start menu though. Another effect of this is that in the browser (any browser) it keeps selecting the address bar making it impossible to type anything. (I don't know how it has stayed still long enough to type this)
