directx 12 is still not khnown if it come to windows 7 but what about windows 8.1

Solution
for win 8.1 it will be available(c'mon its the 2nd in the line, plus i think it has been confirmed) , but for win 7 it is an uncertainity (but the just might , because the majority of the gamers use win 7)

hope this answered your question

And i agree with junkeymonkey

yeah ...bills bills bills (pun intended)

but still better than EA ..... (beware EA , Ubi is giving a run for your MONEY)

jokes aside- it will be there for win 8.1 , but not as soon as it gets released ( a few months perhaps?)

with win7 it is uncertain ,but in win 10 is good enough to get all those gamers to move thier rears to win 10

then win 7 can kiss it goodbye...
( i still know guys using XP..)

like it says here if true--- Speaking at a PDXLAN presentation earlier this month, AMD's Chief Gaming Scientist Richard Huddy said Windows 7 remains Microsoft's most popular operating system: 52 percent of all Microsoft OS users are still on Windows 7, and that number is actually growing. "It's a very, very popular operating system," he said in comments starting around the 20:30 mark of the video.

But in spite of that, or perhaps because of it, he continued, "One thing that's not going to happen to it is DX12. Yup, DX12 is not coming to Windows 7."

now think Microsoft looks to try to force 52% of 7 users to buy there new windows os to get dx12 and lets say it sells $100 per copy of the new windows os , man that's money -money -money
