Memory compatibility question

Hi

I want to buy and put this memory in motherboard Asus P5P43TD/USB3 (LGA775 Socket) which is running fine although it is approximmately 4 years old . I just want to go from 4 GB to 8GB of ram.

Here is the memory I want to buy
G.SKILL Value Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10600) Desktop Memory Model F3-10600CL9D-8GBNT

Is it compatible ?

You are 100% sure it is compatible ? No doubt whatsoever ? I would not want to waste my hard earned money...
