Need help with a gaming rig ($650-$750, Philippines)

Hello guys, I'm from the Philippines! I'm new here and I absolutely have no experience in building my own gaming rig, with the complexities of which will work with which etc. I have about P30,000-P35,000 budget (about $650-$750) and It seems that this is a fairly medium budget, what components should I get to get the best bang for my buck? i plan on getting it on PCexpress (www.pcx.com.ph) so they can build it for me :) (I already have a keyboard, a mouse, and a monitor)


Any help would be appreciated!
