ASUS ROG MARS 760 4G VS ASUS Strix GTX 970 4G
wich one is better?
my motherboard is ASUS Maximus VII Impact.

The MARS is a little bit faster, but you're limited to actually 2GB of Video RAM per GPU. The 4GB is a bit of a misnomer. If you're just playing at 1080p, the 970 will do plenty well for cheaper.

Also, note that while 760 Mars is faster compared to the 970, it is SLI and consumes quite a bit of power. SLI scaling isn't the same in all games, some are good with scaling and some won't scale at all and then there are SLI compatibility issues for some games. Since the 760 Mars only performs just a bit better, it's more ideal to get the GTX 970 since a single powerful card is usually better than getting two weaker cards that combine together to get slightly better performance for some games.
