I'm building a computer for the first time and I am in the process of choosing parts. I would like to triple boot it and have it water cooled. Would the parts I have chosen work well? Any help would be appreciated!

Also, if anyone sees ways I could lower the price, please let me know!

Problems I see: That processor is not unlocked, so it's not really overclockable. If you're sticking with the 4460, you really ought to get an H97 motherboard and have zero need for water cooling.

Otherwise, you'd want a K-series processor (model number ends in K, ie i5-4690K) to go with the Z97 for proper overclocking. Personally, I don't see why you'd need water cooling with the build, as your graphics card is a much more significant performance constraint than processor performance will be.

Hi
What will you do with this build ? Because the WC still only esthetic and an aircooling will run as well the WC, it's just a waste of money, you can buy a better GPU and/or CPU if you take an aircooling
It still my advice and my viewpoint, do as your like ;)

There is absolutely no reason to watercool any of that. You'd be wasting almost $300 there. What is the point of this build? This would be terrible at gaming. If you want to triple boot, I recommend getting at least 3 hard drives. Usually a few small ssds(32GB) will work for everything but windows.
