Main use.. Internet and office notebook

Current battery life.. Between 3-4 hours depend on usage
Product life.. Around 1 year

Is there any battery life incrase if i upgrade from hdd to ssd370 256gb.

But an SSD goes to a very low power when not being used. The motor on the hard drive continues to run. Although the on power may be about the same the standby power of the SSD is faster to happen and lower than a HDD.

You should see an slight increase in battery life and a definite improvement in performance going from a 5400 RPM disk to an SSD. The other thing I like about upgrading my laptop is that I don't worry about bumps when I set the laptop down or anything since there are no moving parts.
