Does this build all work together?

I am building my first computer and I want to make sure it's all compatible. Thank you.

Motherboard: MSI 990FXA-GD80 V2
Processor: AMD FX-8350 Vishera
GPU: MSI GTX 980 Gaming 4G
Case: Phanteks Enthoo Pro
Cooling: Cooler Master Hyper 212X
SSD: SAMSUNG 840 Series MZ-7TD120BW 2.5" Internal Solid State Drive (120GB)
Hard Drive: Western Digital WD Black WD1002FAEX 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive
DVD: LITE-ON Black SATA DVD-ROM Drive Model iHDS118-04
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866
Power Supply: EVGA SuperNova NEX 750G 80

Yep all looks good. Only suggestion is to use 1600 ram because there is no point paying the extra for 1866 since FX cpus can't effectively use the higher clock speed. You won't notice much (if any) performance decrease by choosing 1600 mhz.

So far the only problem I see is that your mobo doesn't support that memory standard.
You can go up to 1800 or 2133, so either spend a little more or a little less.
Switch that DDR3 1866 to 1800 variety unless you plan to overclock, then you should go whole hog and get something like this -

Your mobo and CPU are compatible, you've got more than enough system power. Build it! Maybe try to shop for a better deal with comparable parts from different manufacturers. Good luck!

Another note, as long as you're going with 750 watts, make use of it, spend the extra 30 dollars and go with the FX 9370? I'd consider it worth it.
