Yes it will be good enough for your build and it is decent quality. However, you may want to get a 430W or 500W to be safe IF and ONLY IF you are planning to add a GPU later on. Otherwise it is completely unnecessary.

This EVGA 500W is the same price as the 430W so might as well choose the 500. It is the same quality as the BeQuiet that you had chosen originally.
