Well I recently saw some stuff mentioning that if I got higher Graphics card I would actually need higher power supply wattage to be able to run it and run pc it self normally, so I was just asking I'm having 450V in my power supply so is it enough to run ATI HD RADEON 5450 graphics card?

450W is more than enough power for that card. It does not use much.

The HD 5450 is not a very powerful video card, by the way, even by the standards of a few years ago. If you are planning on using it for gaming, you will be sorely disappointed. It was designed more with HTPC and streaming in mind. If you're looking for a low power consumption card that's more modern, I'd suggest the GTX 750. That will also fit in under 450W no problem; people run it frequently on 300W and even 275W power supplies.

The GTX 750 should handle those games OK. Maybe not great, but it'll be acceptable. The 5450 is going to struggle pretty hard.

It all depends on your budget (and which country you're in). If you have $150-$200, you could pick up an r9 280 or 280X, as well as a power supply that could power them. I would not trust most 450W units to run any of the more powerful cards.

well I just randomly choosen 5450 as it says its the first that supports directx11 so I thought that it would be good for directx 11 games atm my graphics driver is ATI Radeon HD 4300/4500 Series and its lagging in assassin's creed unity I'm going to test it on blackflag

AC games favours nvidia cards right now. If you have the budget, GTX 970 will allow you to play ultra at 1080p with 60fps if Unity wasn't so unoptimised.
A R9 270 /GTX 760 is a decent start for 1080p gaming

``uhm my power supply is ATX P4 SWITCHING POWER SUPPLY model no: 450 although it mentions its input is 115V~ and 230V~ with 60hz~50hz ``

well...it does not help me more..but it seem is not a well know power suplly brand name

so get a new power supply with 550 W or more ..good brands are XFX / CORSAIR / SEASONIC

and about gpu..just get the amd r9 series thats will be enough
