having looked at all internet support I can gather i still cannot connect my USB mouse (HP A3P) to my laptop (advent with windows 7) my computer says that "This device is working properly" and yet it also says "plugged into PS/2 mouse port" and every so often it makes a connection sound and still doesn't work I'm really confused on what I could do to fix this and could do with as much support as possible
