Is this best way to place case fans?

This is my current setup of fans, but i've been thinking is this the best way to place fans? or should i swap those front fans with top ones? do i have negative or positive air pressure?

You have negative airflow as it is. What I do is take the rear exhaust fan and reverse it. It cools the air going across your CPU by a ton. It also creates positive airflow which reduces dust buildup. Both work though.

I would have your top fans be intake, the left fan be intake for cool air over CPU, like gilbadon said, and leave your front case fans on intake too. Your PSU fan probably is outtake.

So ultimately, just go with gilbadon's suggestion and leave everything else the way it is.

Top as intake? Why would you do this?

In the front, out the back and top.
It's not enough to blow air into the case, you must also remove the hot air. You want to move air through...not just blow it around inside.

What you have is correct. Negative pressure, but that is far less important than direction of airflow.

On your picture, draw an arrow from the bottom front corner to the top rear corner. That is the way you want the air to flow.
If you're really concerned about positive/negative, take one of the top fans off, and put it in the bottom front (if possible) as intake.

The yellow line is generally what you want to do:

Once you put a graphics card in, especially large ones will separate the bottom and top of the case almost completely. In that case you want positive pressure and an intake for the top. BOTH ways will give very similar performance, but you will get lower CPU temps with reversing that one fan. (You may want to have your cpu cooler blow north south our west east if you do that). It is up to you.

Would it be better to have static pressure or airflow fans at front?Considering that my graphics card is quite long and big? I have one spare fan which i could mount to the bottom but i dont have any connectors left or y splitters.

use USAFRet's diagram. It's the best way. Throw another fan on the side if you have room, intake fan. More adapters and molex connectors can be found online.

Recap
Front fans intake
Rear and top fans outtake
Add a side fan for intake.

You typically want air flow fans unless you are pulling across a radiator. Front of cases can often be congested which means a SP fan can benefit your airflow in the front by forcing air, not just pushing it. So you should be set with your SP fans up front unless your case is wide open up front.

I have bitfenix shinobi windowed and my hdd cage is empty so oir can pass through easily but the vets at front are ridiculously small so static fans would help to pull air through those vents?
