Hi guys,

I have decided to go with the FX9590 for my new PC build. I choose this over Intel (before anyone asks) because when its comes to proper utilisation of the cores and pure full on multi tasking I get better results from this CPU than anything Intel currently offers for what I need.

So my question to you pro's is this:

If I leave this PC on (stock, not overclocked) 24/7 I know this CPU will be preeettyy hot. I assume that even a high end fan is not going to be good enough to keep this computer cool. So what water cooling system would you recommend? Even if it's overkill, It NEEDS to be cool as it NEEDS to be on 24/7 under full/near full load. If you were to recommend particular fans aswell as an amazing cooling system (purchaseable without customising) please also let me know what size casing I would need/one that best maintains cool temps.

Thank you!

Yeah TEC would be ultimate. I am actually considering one myself when I switch up. Having this 9370 under one. As far as CLC. Corsair H100i would keep that CPU under wraps. You need a RAD no less than 240 mm. I would Recommend a 320mm one though.

With the H100i on mine I've actually swapped out the SP 120 fans and put these bad boys on

Trust me these suckers pump the air through that RAD and they brought my temps down by 10 degrees. I'm done with all those frilly fancy fans like Gentle Typhooon or Corsair. Anyhow. I agree with dameric, if you get a TEC you could run your cpu at about 30-40 degrees full bore. If you get a Radiator closed loop. The Corsair H100i is good. It stands up to the best if it's not the best. I just don't like the software but it seems they fixed it. A 320mm Rad wouldn't hurt either
