Looks good. Very strong build with solid parts. I don't believe extreme overclocking is worth the time, trouble, or money, but I guess it'll be fun if you've never done it before.

I was going to go budget and get the Evo 212, but I figured if I want to OC in the future I better get a good cooling solution and I worked it in my build by dropping a Steelseries Siberia headset which is 89.00. I can always get a new headset later. I never OC so I won't OC right away until I'm comfortable with it but if I look to just get the I5 to 4.0 GHz is the H100i overkill and if so what do you guys recommend

You should be able to get the i5 to 4.0ghz pretty easily. Just don't expect to notice the difference, because you won't. My opinion on overclocking is not the popular opinion as most guys on here think everything should be overclocked all the time always! haha
