Hey there,
my friend is very interested in streaming on twitch tv, however when he tries he gets a lot of lag and packet loss in game and the quality of the stream is terrible. Hes upgrading hsi computer soon and for his budget i'd normally reccomend the 4690k but he can easily get a 4790k if it improves his ability to multi task and stream his game (he mostly plays Dota 2 and wants to stream it)
Hes currently using a Q6600.
Also what kind of upload speed do you need to stream (360p to 720p?) and will increasing the quality of the stream put more strain on the CPU?
