I need a HTPC/Minor Gaming PC for under $400 INCLUDING an OS.
The only games that will be played are small games like Minecraft. Please help!

Solution

If you want Windows, than this is my point exactly.

Do you have any spare parts, PSU, harddrives, mouse/keyboard?

You are probably better off looking for something used at this point.

How is this: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/CzYkzy
Anything not on there is not needed. Also, how do you get it to where all the parts show up like you did?

Top right is "Export", change the code to "BBcode" and copy/paste

I'd put all the extra money into a much better PSU than that. That thing will fry in a week.
If you can, bump up to 1866Mhz DDR3. Faster RAM greatly boosts performance on the A series APU's.

The A6 is not fast enough to run any real games.

This would actually not be as bad as you would think.

The cpu only supports 1866mhz so it would run at that by default. That kit was a couple $ cheaper than the actual 1866mhz kit. That 2000mhz kit should be a decent overclocker. It would easily "overclock" from 1866 to 2133 and run at 2400 easier than a 1866 kit would.
