I am building a very low budget machine with my brother. We are reusing a case from a HP Pavillion A000 and the motherboard from a Dell Precision T3500 (Mobo:9KPNV). I need to know where do I plug in the Power sw, Reset sw, Power led, and HDD led?

Computer specs:
CPU: Xeon W3520
MOBO: Dell 9KPNV
RAM: 3 x 4GB DDR3 1333mhz
GPU: Geforce GTS 450
HDD: WD 500GB Sata 3 7200rpm
PSU: 365w
ODD: DVD writer
CASE: Reused from HP Pavillion A000

This computer is being built for ~$100.

I found the manual for the T3500 on google but it just shows where the front panel cable plugs into the motherboard but doesn't explain which pin is for what.

I know this is a challenging question but I really appreciate anyone who helps.

Thanks

Thanks for your quick response. I found a converter for the PSU, but I may just buy an original Dell T3500 PSU anyway because I doubt the 365W PSU will be enough.

My question is how do I connect the power button from the HP Pavillion A000 case to the motherboard?

I have a same problem - I want to use standard PSU. Did the converter really solve the problem? It is 20-pin instead of 24pin
