IS THIS BUILD GOOD? I AM NOT PLANNING TO OVERLOCK THE GPU JUST THE CPU TO 4.3-4.4

Solution

I'm not going to lie the parts that you picked out are pretty awesome for the price you will be paying, I personally have the same Mobo and overclocking on it...

I'm not going to lie the parts that you picked out are pretty awesome for the price you will be paying, I personally have the same Mobo and overclocking on it work fine never had an issue, the only things I would change would be maybe the CPU cooler to a Cosair H212 they are fantastic, and also maybe the SSD the Crucial 128GB are pretty good along with maybe the HyperX 120GB SSD. give this a think over as it may help a bit with your build.
